SouthernDope.com is currently looking for talented singers, musicians and emcees to submit music to post for the regularly updated Dope Track (New Music) feature.
In order to be considered for a Dope Track post, your email MUST have the following information available and must fit a set of criteria:
If one of these things is missing in your music submission to SouthernDope.com, then that could mean that your submission was not accepted just for that reason.

Disclaimer: All music submissions will be evaluated on sound quality as well as the music itself. Simply put, if I'm not feelin' it, I won't post it.
All images on SouthernDope.com are readily available in various places on the Internet and believed to be in public domain. Images posted are believed to be posted within my rights according to the U.S. Copyright Fair Use Act (title 17, U.S. Code.)

- Subject Line: "Music Submission: Artist Name/Group Name" (or "Artist Submission" "Dope Track Submission" "Album Submission" "New Music Submission" or etc. is fine)
- A photo of you and/or your band (refer to detailed guidelines below)
- A link to a trusted online source where your music can be downloaded (Hulkshare, ZShare, DropBox, etc.)
- A brief summary about you and the song(s) you are submitting
If one of these things is missing in your music submission to SouthernDope.com, then that could mean that your submission was not accepted just for that reason.
DETAILED GUIDELINES:
- For new song, mixtape, or album submissions, the subject line of your email message must read: Music (or Song) Submission - (Name/Group Name)
- Attach a PNG or JPEG file of you and/or your band (Must be a minimum 600 X 600 pixels). Black & White images are ok (more than one is fine). Pornographic images are prohibited and will hinder the chance of your music getting posted. (Please Note: It is highly suggested that you attach images that coordinate with the music you are submitting)
- (Optional) Attach a PNG or JPEG file of the cover art (Must be a minimum 500 X 500 pixels)

- Type A summary about yourself and some basic info about the music you are submitting.
- A download link to your .Zip or MP3 file at a trusted online source. DO NOT attach the file to the email message you plan to send.
*ALL AUDIO FILES MUST BE MP3 FILE TYPES* (all other file types will not be accepted.)
